Rates
$175 first hour, $125/hr after that, $100/hr remote. One-hour minimum.

Why in-home beats the drop-off counter
Need laptop repair, computer repair or a motherboard replaced? I come to your home or office in Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, Monterey and Salinas. Send the form and you reach me directly, with no hold queue and no ticket system.
A drop-off repair counter can take 3 to 5 days just to diagnose the problem, and you have no computer in the meantime. I diagnose and fix most issues in the same visit. If a part is needed, I tell you up front and come back to finish. Why in-home IT support beats the drop-off.
