Web Design for Lebanon, TN Businesses
Lebanon went from 38,486 people in April 2020 to 51,501 in July 2024, a 33.8% jump. I build fast, custom-coded websites for Wilson County businesses, remotely from Hollister, California, at the same prices as everywhere else.

- Remote work: video call, email and text
- One price list for every town
- In business since 2020
- We respond within 24 hours
What fast growth does to a small-city business
Your reputation is older than your customers
A business that has been in Lebanon for twenty years may be known by everyone it ever served. Lebanon has added 13,015 people since 2020, and none of them has heard of it. They search, and what they find is the website.
A county seat with a fair
Lebanon is the Wilson County seat and the home of Cumberland University and the Tennessee State / Wilson County Fair. Restaurants and shops see searches from people who are in town for a few days and need hours and directions fast.
A site that stops at the city limit
US 70 runs through Lebanon with I-40 just south of it, and Mt. Juliet is on the same commuter rail line toward Nashville. A site that names only Lebanon misses the customer in a neighboring town who would drive over for the job.
What a Lebanon customer finds on your site
A page for each service, a short line about where you work, and one quote form. A homeowner who just bought in a new subdivision can tell in ten seconds whether you do their job, whether you cover their address and how to ask.
Someone new to town has no one to ask, so reviews and a clear site carry more weight. Your Google Business Profile should say the same things as the site, and I can set it up as an add-on. Search Console shows you which searches reach each page.
How a Lebanon build goes
Estimated timeline Usually 2 to 3 weeks once I have your content
A smaller site can go faster. I quote the timeline with the scope.
Step 1: Tell me about the business
Fill in the short form. It takes about a minute. I ask what you sell, which towns you cover around Lebanon and who you want to hear from. I reply within 24 hours.
Day 1
Step 2: I plan the pages
You get a page list: one page for each service and one line for the towns you cover. Anything that needs your license number gets a spot for it.
Week 1
Step 3: I build it, you review it
I send a working link. You open it on your phone and tell me what to change. I make the changes and send it back.
Weeks 1 to 3
Step 4: Launch, then keep going
Search Console and Analytics go in, the sitemap is submitted and the site goes live. The monthly plan starts: updates, a weekly report and new content.
Launch, then every month
Lebanon in numbers
The Census Bureau estimated Lebanon at 51,501 people on July 1, 2024. The April 2020 estimates base was 38,486, so the city gained 13,015 people, or 33.8%. Wilson County had 175,033 residents on July 1, 2025. Its 2.8% growth in the year was the highest of the five Nashville-area counties I looked at, and its gain of 4,693 people was the third-largest of any Tennessee county, according to the Tennessee State Data Center.
Lebanon is about 25 miles east of downtown Nashville. In the ZIP codes 37087 and 37090, the Census counted 46 HVAC, plumbing and electrical businesses with employees in 2023 (28 plumbing and HVAC, 18 electrical) and 29 landscaping businesses. Those counts leave out businesses with no employees.
What I'd build for Lebanon trades
These are plans, not past clients. The pool here is smaller than in Murfreesboro or Franklin, which means a clear site stands out more.
- An HVAC company that works across Wilson County. A page for each kind of call, a line for the towns you cover, and a form that asks the age of the system and the address.
- A plumber or electrician who gets calls from new homeowners. A page about what a first-year home check covers, so a customer who has never hired you knows what the first call is for.
- A landscaper serving new subdivisions. Photos of finished yards, a page for each kind of work, and a form that asks the lot size.
Wilson County and the license rules
Wilson isn't one of the nine Tennessee counties where the home improvement license applies, according to the Board for Licensing Contractors. The contractor license for projects of $25,000 or more applies statewide. That leaves a Lebanon contractor with one clear claim to make, if it's true: the number of your contractor license, shown in the footer.
The Board's page is silent on city permits and business licenses, and I haven't looked at Lebanon's. Ask the city, and check the Board's pages before you copy any of this. I read them on October 23, 2026.
The university, the speedway and the train
Cumberland University, founded in 1842, is in Lebanon, and so is the Nashville Superspeedway. The WeGo Star commuter train from Nashville ends here. A restaurant or shop can see lunch crowds, students and fair-week visitors who are in town for a few days.
For those businesses, a Starter site means: hours at the top, easy to change for a special week, directions on the page, and the menu or product list as text.
Working with a builder in California
I'm based in Hollister, California, with no Lebanon office or address. The work happens by video call, email and text. Phone photos of your jobs are enough to start.
One result, from a California client
15 to 20 a month
Quote requests through Limo Scene's site form in August and September 2026 (Google Analytics), after its new domain started at zero in Search Console on April 30, 2026. Limo Scene is a California transportation company, not a Tennessee one. It is one client, and I can't promise your numbers.

Questions people ask
Do you meet in person in Lebanon?
No. I'm based in Hollister, California, and the work is remote. We talk by video call, email or text, and I send drafts as links. Nothing in a website build needs me in the room.
Lebanon is growing fast. Should I build for new residents or for people who already know me?
Both can fit on one site. Existing customers need your phone number and hours quickly. New residents need to see what you do, where you work and how to ask for a quote. A page per service with a short form answers both.
Do I need a Tennessee home improvement license to do jobs in Wilson County?
I can only tell you what the Board's page says. Wilson County is not on its list of counties where the home improvement license applies, and the $25,000 contractor license rule is statewide. Confirm your situation with the Board and the city before relying on this.
I'm in Lebanon but most of my work is in Mt. Juliet. What should the site say?
Name both. One site, one Google Business Profile with a service area, and a page that says which parts of Wilson County you cover and how far you travel.
